Daystar Televison asked Chet to host a number of shows for the Tri-State Celebration program over the last few months. The programs consisted of interviewing guests and focused on Campus ministries and Christian Sports figures, athletes and personalities. Some his guests included high school and college coaches, former basketball players, TV sports announcers and journalists, parents, students, directors and huddle coaches invovled in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Campus Crusade for Christ and other ministries. The program reaches approximately 1.8 million homes in the tri-state area. He will be hosting additional shows in the coming months, so stay tuned.

Chet will be leaving for Russia to conduct his 7th Annual Russian Youth Camp in southern Russia. The theme of this years camp is the “Passion of Christ” and the “Passion for Christ.” He is anticipating 125 campers and a great time of fun, food, fellowship and spiritual renewal and growth. He covets your prayers as he once again journeys to Russia and his kids. They call him Pappa Chet, a name he has grown very fond of in the last few years.
At the conclusion of the camp (22nd thru 27th), he will be conducting a business seminar for marketplace ministry in Volgograd, Russia.
He will be attending a wedding of two of his previous campers in St. Petersburg prior to the camp starting, August 17th. He will be returning to the states on September 1st.
